Cancellation Policy
Effective today, July 14th 2024, a card must be on file to book an appointment. This card does not need to be the final payment method, but must be on file. Upon booking, you will receive an automated text message confirming your appointment. Additonally, a reminder text will be sent 24hours before your appointment if booked in advance. Please click the link in the reminder text to confirm your appointment, or contact us to reschedule. You are allowed one reschedule before your appointment. Otherwise, a late cancellation fee of $60.00 will be charged. No shows may be charged up to the full amount of the scheduled service. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a canceled appointment, a ban from future bookings, and a cancellation fee.
